1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well.
