Just the salary on time.
Dislikes
Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

There is just only few things like we got 2.5 Leaves per month, my trainer was good his name was RISHAB Saxena, in indigo airline trainer, he was very supportive and understanding person.
Dislikes
There is a lot of things I didn't like in IGT Solutions, My process was Indigo Airlines.
If I talk about cab facilities that was very bad every driver every day I saw them they were intoxicated every single day, 2 hours prior cabs arrived at home it's very waste of time for me, my management was very bad there were so many managerswho was asking the money from employees, there was no single TL who was supportive if I need any kind of leaves they just ignored never about to give that, my colleagues was also not good, there was no single system that is working properly it takes 20 minutes for login, that decreases my login hours, and there is no appreciation for that employee who do work hard, I was very disappoint from my process, that's why I gave the instant resignation, and now they are telling me that I have to submit 14000rs if I want a experience letter. they have 0% knowledge in indigo process manager, even they don't speak English properly, that was the worst process I have ever seen in my life.

Very pathetic, they will show you like you will get promoted after 1 year but they will make you nothing or line TL and line QA and promise you will make you on paper but all these is lie. They deducted salary without any proper reason if you asked about deduction they will make any non sense excuses

There is nothing to be like , they'll force you to work on week off also and on working they will force to extend the shifts
