Good company in term of job security and all, Mostly things are varying by the processes.

Work in any process of IGT its a good company, but don’t go for INDIGO process. TL and leaders, HR are rubbish.worst process of igt.

Without reason hold salary and no one reply .if you ask then tell for the Salary deduction without reason . U cant expect support from any one management and senior . Senior comes with drink . Human resources not help. No one listen Unprofessionalism.

worst company to work with. Not at all employee centric. They don't pay your FnF amount accordingly and lot of politics. No professionalism within employees and tenured employees don't give a shot about newbies and they are basically working as a union all tenured against new employees. Pathetic work environment no job security no growth only pressure and no work management.
