Jut don't go there, this company is full of lies and poor management, agents are not happy at all, no job security, specially my process the so called "premium process of igt" Expedia.😶

Poor management, no resolutions of any problem related to employees, only employees have to adjust, incentive plan is designed such a way that only 5-10% people ca earn more than there in hand salary. So there is not need to work hard , be average, this is the only thing that this company deserves, transport issue, this company claims that they provide cab facility but they deduct some amount from our salary, no good company does that and even they deduct 100rs per no show. First they are charging for our cab then they are again charging us if we are not boarding the cab, they just want to deduct money from our hard earn salary, pick up is of 2.5hrs earlier according to their policies but they don't stick to that as well they do pick up 3 hrs prior as well. If u miss ur cab because u r working in the company, still they don't provide any cab if there is no seat left in remaining cabs, I have paid 500rs so many times to reach my home and guess what they deduct 100rs from my salary because I miss my cab becoz "I WAS WORKING IN THE COMPANY FOR THIS ORGANISATION"""""...Read More
