I had the most pathetic experience working for this company specially the process I was working for MakeMyTrip! The process doesn't have a good management, neither they care how to keep their employee happy and make the work place better..

Nothing , company works as a pathetic org where scrubbing sumit sharma is a warning that company is becoming judgy and TL Yasir is just able to work but is a fucin condescending leader and people working there such as sunny are thrives. I went to the place to Beat those mfs out of there bts but I thought to let them stay where they are gives them a village personality and dreaded faces so i let them be as whosoever they want to be like . Sumit Sharma is just not good support or scrubber cz of whom there was a .MCT and he did not follow and got me off the calls . I wanted to fucky sue him but was just able to manage. POOR management. Nepotism rampant, no growth. They'll suck out every ounce of juice you've got then dump you. You'll be literally clueless and get exploited each and every step on your journey here unless you got a good TL or a trainer by your side helping you out. Attrition rate? By the end of the first month in production, if you manage to survive, there won't be enough players left to make a volleyball team. PF? Incentives and reimbursement? Bread crumbs, beg for months and you should be grateful if you get once in 2/3 months. On the fun side there'll be lots of Protests, hartals and what not.
