The company is very bad and they will always take you for granted. They do not offer any leaves and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. It's just about picking up calls ,no any other development areas Come pickup calls and go home that's it nothing above this .... Nothing below this No learning Here it's all about not to use aux go on the calls answer the calls that it ,....... Only I genuinely thinks if someone from igt management reading this you have a need of head count to answer your calls it's not that easy for managing 200 calls on wait to answered by 100 people on the floor Managers are only in cabin come to the floor take calls with your subordinates sir there for 8 hours continuously..... There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

When I was the employe of IGT, I love the Claims process in which we handle passengers post journey claims on behalf of Royal Dutch Airline KLM and Air France. The process at that time was very smooth and good. But last 4-5 months the process is going very bad way beacuse new GM is not good also he don't know how to work claims process, he comes from calling process to Claims department he haven't any experience....Read More

They do not understand employes feelings aur situations they need only target and AHL if in the process works AHL then why you need target??? I'm very disappoint for Claims department.

I understand now this company is just opposite of what people express through reviews. I mean it's a great choice if you decided to join IGT. Company culture is employee friendly. Work-life balance is always present in the list of Company's priorities. There are doctors present all the time also, made an app for employee's emotionaland mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. Management is very bad. And internal promotion is like if you're good in licking management then you can given a chance otherwise it's just for on paper. If I talk about earning it's terrible, they try every possible way to cut down your earnings.

Agar address issue aarha hai to kam se kam use 2-3 din ka time do ki vo ise solve kare ya relocate kare lekin nhi tumhe to apni karni hai aur kisi ko message karke agr request kro ksi cheez k lie to bolte hain HR se baat kro.. There is nothing really much to like about this company. They will eventually starts pressurising for workload, expecting a new joinee to excel in the field short after the training. Treating as if they already are pro with the rules and regulations and if you make mistakes suddenly it's all your fault and they can terminate you.

the senior management system is the worst and doesn't support them. there is no salary increment. the employee has been working for 2 years but has been no increment. seriously transportation system is very bad for 3rd class system.

The company is all about show and there is nothing to be happy about. When you join the company , the first impression would be good as the area where they do training and interviews is very well and full developed however, apart from that all other things are very bad and not working. They are totally opposite. Also, they do not let you take leaves as per your choice and will ensure that you work for more than 12 hours a day by giving you unnecessary work and that too at the time of logout. And if you fail to do that, the next day they will either issue a documentation or either boycott you and make you feel that you do not exist. The senior management will force you to do unethical things and they if anything goes wrong, they will not support you and will run away. Als, they fool there clients by giving such data which is not available and charge money as well in the name of things and the salary structure is also very bad and no benefits and unnecessary deductions. There is ntg to like in igt manager tl are very rude they don't care about expert heath .They are only concern about the targets.If we are performing good they will never appreciate that .They will never increase salary , they will only increase the work load.

Nothing to like about this company as this is the worst company you will ever join. The leadership team is bsy playing politics with the junior management and everyday they are struggling there way to earn there bread and butter. The company does not even value work life balance, firstly the Cab will pick you up atleast 3 hours andwill drop you at work 1/2 hour before then if you feel you should login early, then you should not as the leadership will not let you leave early as they will ask you to stay stating you have not completed your targets which as per them you can never do as well. Then , they will themselves takes leaves and go out during office hours and do no adhere break but you have keep a track of everything. And if you miss anything, a documented letter would be issued. IGT was My first company as a fresher. IGT is a great platform to learn about travel term (GDS). Management staff was good enough. Salary was law but it was good environment.😊
