There is nothing to like about this company, only some supervisors are good.

Basically everything. I will give details explanation below, and don't think I have some beef with the company, this is exactly how they work. Pathetic work culture, inhuman pressure at work, they don't understand that it is not really possible to take 4 live contacts for continuous 8 hours and that too every day, which creates a discrepancy with the given job description, a timely pressure can be expected, but not in this way. Extremely bad and unprofessional behavior from the supervisors, operation manager and specially one queue manager, no one knows how to speak to employees, they act like they own everything. Salary issue in every month due to technical glitch on attendance update, which never gets fixed. Poor break management, you can't take a peaceful break, if you take, supervisors will start to call and Harras you. The management team is absolutely useless, rude behavior from them as well. Most of the time you have to do night or evening shifts despite being a domestic process, which you can't complain about as well, they will give the excuse as rotational shift. In office politics, if you are a loyal dog of the supervisors, you will get a promotion then only. In the name of configuration of your own computer for work for home, they will basically block everything, you can't access anything externally on your own computer, also it monitors your all action even when you are not at work, which is really a privacy concern, also in this you are helpless. You have to be invincible if you want to work here, no natural issues, health issues should happen to you according to them. So, these are everything, I will not gain anything by saying anything bad about the company, I also came here to work and gain experience, but my life turned upside down. These are nothing but the truth, I left here recently as soon as I got a better opportunity from a very reputed company. I was working for OlA international process. The team leaders, QA and manager are very helpful. They tried to best to support their employee to be the best they can be.

Dislikes

It was just only 2 months,I joined the company, and they started laying off people. The work pressure was less , there were two rotational week off , I wad happy with my work till the process got ramp down.
