I am currently working as Senior Quality Analyst for the International Collection Campaign. I am handling Internal Audit for that process, also auditing calls for a Billable Campaign from the past 3 years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Company sent an email stating to stay on leave without pay in this lockdown.i did not get salary of April May.

Dislikes

No salary increment after working here for 2 yrs 6 months .international process very less salary like domestic call center.

Work Details

I was a Sr quality analyst in this organization and was handling Manila process alone from Kolkata ,worked hard instead of 9 hrs worked for 12 hrs and more but still without salary.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My manager Ujjwal Bhattacharya & Sumeet Desilva was great. Learned many things working under them love both of them.

Dislikes

You will not get to enjoy your personal life as you have to be in office 15 to 17 hours everyday even on Sundays also.
