Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is cafeteria for lunch nd tea break but company policy is not good 👎

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address salary us decent but career growth is slow there is a bind of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

After resigning the job HR do not co-ordinate for the PF withdrawn which I need due to covid-19.

Everything was good but after the resignation I want to withdrew the PF but the organization HR did not answer my call as I gave the resignation due to covid-19 and still I want to withdraw my PF but their is zero response from the organization.
