Poor salary, poor annual appraisals, terrible rewards and recogization, frequently changes of rule to cut the employee salary any how, checking of the employees backpack by the securities who are 8th or 10th even lesser then that educated shows power like IPs officer with the employees , poor cafeteria, poor management team

No proper work culture admin team doesn't have their responsibilities and wash basin sink will overflow everytime which feels very gross no hygiene at all

Till now i didn't got my last month salary and the farewell team is worst even there is nothing to pay after 90 days they will ask the money around 10k to get the experience letter

The HR of the company is too rude. They just terminated the person looking on the chats of 11months before which was not clear at all. The chat was just welcome 12 written. One of the employee went to HR and said it's a password shared to other without any proof the agent was terminate. No value off the people who work effectively.

There is no work life balance, 8hr on system. So many health issues. Management domination. No growth. For Fresher its good but not for experience. Night shift allowance not there. There is no comfortable to ladies.

I had high hopes about FSL regarding work culture and as a global organisation but it has been very disappointing about the work culture, no flexibility about the work from home, no growth, no encouragement about new ideas and learning.

Great company I miss it, I had to resign due to servical spondylitis. I'm fine now would like to come back.

I worked for 9 years I wish never fell sick. The management at that time did not allow me to rest but overall First source is an awesome company. I would love to join again.
