Being in sales profile, the environment is perfect here. Very understandable in every process. Sportive environment very supportive for new initiations.

Coming to dislike, in sales profile we expect faster promotion. the promotion policies very constructive but need to wait bit long. if we see through the lenses of companies, there is a perfect reason for it.
