The training is a waste of time, and it’s all unpaid. This company has no respect for its workers. The office is filled with negativity. It’s hard to stay motivated when everyone around you is unhappy.

There’s a lack of communication; important updates are never shared with staff. Working here is a quick way to ruin your mental health; look elsewhere. The endless micromanagement stifles creativity and makes the job unbearable. Constantly changing priorities make it hard to meet expectations. I was promised a raise but never received one. It's all just empty talk.

I’ve never felt so demotivated. It’s like they don’t care about our well-being at all. The lack of communication in this organization is appalling. It’s like they want to keep everyone in the dark. Feedback is rarely provided, and when it is, it’s often unconstructive. They throw you into projects without considering your background or preferences.
