The management team is out of touch with the employees. They have no idea what’s happening on the ground and don’t care to find out. The competitive nature of the workplace fosters resentment rather than teamwork.

Promotion seems to be based on who you know rather than what you can do. It’s frustrating to see junior staff earning more than those of us with a decade of experience. The pay structure is completely skewed. WFH privileges seem to be awarded based on personal relationships rather than merit.
