The company culture is toxic, with favoritism rampant among team leads. Long-term employees feel neglected and undervalued. Managers use fear tactics instead of constructive feedback, which stifles any chance of growth.

Dislikes

The office politics are unbearable. If you’re not in the clique, forget about advancement. The culture is cutthroat, making it hard to collaborate. Leadership lacks vision and treats employees as expendable. The environment is toxic, with backstabbing and gossip running rampant among teams. The management team is disconnected from reality; they need a reality check.

Constant turnover means no stability; it’s hard to build strong teams. A culture of tattling undermines trust among coworkers. It feels like a high school.

Dislikes

The only thing I gained from this experience is a deep sense of regret. Teamwork is nonexistent. The environment is toxic, and collaboration is discouraged. I received no feedback after my interview, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. The culture discourages innovation, fearing it will disrupt the status quo.

There’s a significant gap between what the company claims to value and the reality of employee treatment. There’s no support from higher-ups. You’re left to figure things out on your own, which adds to the stress.

Dislikes

The promise of professional growth is empty; nothing ever changes. It feels like the company is more focused on personal connections than employee capabilities.

Professional development opportunities are limited and poorly communicated.

Dislikes

The training provided is outdated and irrelevant to our actual jobs. Job security is a myth here; layoffs happen without warning. It’s sad to see so many talented people leave because they can’t take it anymore. Avoid this company at all costs. High turnover rates speak volumes about employee dissatisfaction. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
