They constantly mispronounce names and show a blatant disregard for diversity. It feels like they don’t care about their employees at all. Training is non-existent. You’re expected to learn everything on the job without guidance.

Dislikes

Team building is non-existent. Everyone is out for themselves, leading to a lack of collaboration. The favoritism here is unbearable. Hard work goes unnoticed while mediocrity is rewarded. They hire you with one expectation but change it once you're on board.

The atmosphere is hostile, with no support from upper management. It’s a nightmare working here. Team meetings are unproductive and often feel like a waste of time.

I witnessed several colleagues get fired without valid reasons, creating a culture of fear. Upper management prefers to ignore client requests than actually address them. It’s disappointing to witness so many talented employees walk away due to poor leadership. If you want to be talked down to, this is the perfect job for you. Expect to be micromanaged without clear guidance. You’ll often be left in the dark. The disorganization here is unbelievable. Every project feels like a last-minute scramble with no clear direction.

There's no support for professional growth; it's a dead-end job. There’s no real support for career growth; it feels stagnant.

Dislikes

The lack of communication from management creates a confusing and frustrating work environment. Offensive remarks from management are brushed off as jokes, but they hurt. There's a clear lack of transparency regarding company decisions, which breeds suspicion and distrust. Clients' requests for adjustments are routinely met with eye rolls.

The stress levels here are through the roof. Contractors are expected to perform miracles with no support or resources.

Dislikes

Employees are regularly belittled and undervalued, leading to low morale. It’s hard to focus on work when the environment is filled with gossip and negativity. There’s no real effort to promote diversity and inclusion; it's just a checkbox for them.
