Management plays favorites, prioritizing certain employees over everyone else.

Dislikes

There’s a pervasive sense of mistrust among staff due to poor leadership. The training is laughable; you’re thrown in with no guidance whatsoever. The insistence on rigid work hours makes it hard for employees to manage personal commitments effectively. I've seen talented employees leave due to the unfair treatment they received. If you’re looking for a place to grow, look elsewhere. Stagnation is the norm.

Dislikes

It's disappointing to see such potential wasted due to ineffective management and poor policies. I can’t stress enough how toxic this environment is. Stay away if you value your mental health. I thought I’d found a great opportunity, but it turned out to be a dead end. The workload is overwhelming, with 12-hour shifts and constant weekend calls. It's exhausting and unsustainable.

If you’re not part of the inner circle, expect to be sidelined. The food options are limited, and you can't buy canteen meals. It feels like they don’t care about employee wellbeing at all.

Dislikes

They promised growth opportunities, but all I got was more work and less support. There’s a clear lack of direction, and employees are left to fend for themselves. They say teamwork is important, but it’s all about who can stab you in the back first. Collaboration is non-existent.

Likes

Senior management is out of touch with employee needs. Morale is at an all-time low. The lack of recognition for achievements is demotivating. You work hard, but no one notices.

Dislikes

I was put off by the arrogance of the staff. It felt like they thought they were better than everyone else. The training provided is insufficient; you'll be left to figure things out alone.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
