The environment is toxic, and management’s lack of empathy only adds to the stress. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Dislikes

This company suffers from a lack of competent leadership. The CEO is clueless and the staff is frustrated. This place stifles creativity and innovation—it's all about conformity. The leadership here is a joke. My supervisor, Lisa, constantly belittles my efforts, making it impossible to feel valued. The project manager has too much power, and it creates a culture of fear.

Dislikes

The focus on politics over performance has created a frustrating work atmosphere. I applied for a job I was perfect for and never heard back. What’s the point of posting jobs? With constant stress and lack of support, it's hard to stay motivated in such a bleak environment. There’s no recognition for a job well done. Hard work goes unnoticed, leading to low morale among employees.

Work-life balance is a myth; expect to be working after hours. Management is a disaster. They preach autonomy but fire you without any warning.

Dislikes

Senior management is out of touch with the needs of employees. It’s frustrating. There’s a strong sense of entitlement among management, with little regard for staff welfare. This firm has completely drained my enthusiasm for work. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a healthy workplace.

I thought I’d find a collaborative environment, but it’s every person for themselves here. Teamwork is non-existent.

Dislikes

There’s a pervasive sense of distrust among team members. The culture is cutthroat; if someone in power dislikes you, you might as well pack your bags. The leadership is out of touch; they don’t care about employee well-being.

Feedback is rarely constructive. Criticism is harsh and unhelpful, leaving you feeling demotivated. The workplace culture in the HcSc project is detrimental to mental health. I’ve never felt more stressed.

Dislikes

Difficult to approach management without feeling dismissed. I regret ever accepting a position here. It’s been a terrible experience all around. The pay is below industry standards, and raises are non-existent. Don't waste your time here. Senior management seems completely disconnected from the daily struggles of employees.
