It’s impossible to trust anyone here. Colleagues are more concerned about saving themselves than helping each other. When issues arise, management is nowhere to be found. It’s like we’re left to fend for ourselves.

Dislikes

Senior management lacks respect for technical staff; their opinions are often ignored or dismissed. I regret accepting this job; it’s been nothing but a headache. The lack of proper training for leaders resulted in a dysfunctional team.

Dislikes

I’ve experienced mental anguish from the lack of support and understanding from management. New hires are often overwhelmed. There’s no onboarding process, leaving you to navigate a confusing system alone. There's no accountability; poor performers are rewarded while hard workers are overlooked. There’s a lack of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Management is completely disconnected from the team's needs and struggles.

Dislikes

I’ve experienced constant micromanagement, which stifles creativity and innovation. Colleagues are unapproachable, creating a highly competitive and unfriendly atmosphere. Employees are discouraged from voicing opinions; it’s a one-way street. They talk about innovation but are stuck in the past—avoid if you can!

The lack of recognition is disheartening; you’ll feel invisible.

Dislikes

The company talks about values but rarely follows through in practice. Beware of fake emails demanding payment for nonexistent job opportunities. The favoritism based on location is ridiculous; it creates an unhealthy work environment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
