Promotions are based on who you know, not what you do. The office environment is uninspiring and demotivating.

Dislikes

I regret ever joining this company. The lack of communication about job security is appalling. My personal time is frequently overlooked, and it feels like no one cares about employee wellbeing. I encountered severe delays in receiving my payout after leaving. It’s frustrating to constantly chase HR for answers. You’re just a number to management; they’ll discard you without a second thought.

I worked here for a few months and left due to the awful politics. It’s not worth your time or energy.

Dislikes

It’s impossible to feel secure here; the constant layoffs and threats make for a stressful work life. Work-life balance is non-existent. Expect to be on call 24/7 with no downtime to recharge. There’s no teamwork here. Just backstabbing and blame.

I've seen numerous talented colleagues leave due to the toxic culture. It's disheartening to watch good people go. Expect to work weekends more often than not. Your personal life will take a backseat.

Dislikes

The company’s goals change frequently without notice, leaving employees confused and unable to meet expectations. Many employees feel undervalued and overworked. Leadership is completely out of touch with employee concerns, fostering a toxic environment rife with favoritism. There’s no investment in employee growth here. Just a constant push for more productivity. —management lets everyone walk all over you. It's a culture of disrespect.
