The leadership is out of touch with employee needs and concerns. They let go of workers with zero notice. The instability here is unbearable.

Dislikes

I’ve never experienced such a lack of communication and support from colleagues. It's hard to stay motivated in such a discouraging environment. My workload keeps increasing, but my pay remains stagnant. The lack of recognition for hard work makes it feel pointless; I dread going into the office. There’s a lack of accountability; bad behavior goes unpunished.

Unqualified management Bosses often lack the necessary skills to lead effectively. Fresh recruits are given impossible tasks and then criticized when they struggle. It’s a toxic cycle.

Dislikes

The expectations are unrealistically high, and even with hard work, it feels like we’re set up to fail. The management has zero respect for work-life balance. Expect to be on call at all hours and have your personal life completely disregarded. The management here punishes those who take sick leave by piling on more work. No bonusesever, so look elsewhere. The stress levels are through the roof, and support is non-existent. Avoid at all costs....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
