Worked here for over a year and felt completely unvalued. No work-life balance at all.
I’ve never worked for a company with such a dysfunctional HR team. It’s like they don’t care.
Dislikes
Prepare to be overworked and underappreciated; burnout is the norm here.
There’s no real leadership here—just a bunch of overconfident individuals who think they know everything. It’s incredibly frustrating to work here.
Favoritism is rampant here. If you’re not in the “in” crowd, you’re ignored. The office politics are unbearable, making it difficult to focus on work.
I felt ignored for the past two years—no performance evaluations or constructive feedback.
There’s a culture of fear here. People are afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation....Read More

Employees are constantly burned out due to lack of recognition and stagnant salaries.
Promotions seem to depend more on who you know than what you can do.
Dislikes
The language barrier during meetings makes it hard for non-Hindi speakers to participate fully. It’s not inclusive at all.
The team leader frequently interrupts my personal time with late-night phone calls.

They seem to believe that more tasks equal more productivity—it's a flawed approach.
If you want a career dead-end, this is the place for you. Promotions are non-existent, and raises? Forget about it.
Dislikes
The pay is hardly enough to justify the workload. You’ll be broke and overworked.
Performance reviews feel like a setup for failure; even the smallest error can lead to a PIP.

Promotions are more about who you know than what you can do. Meritocracy is a joke here.
There’s blatant favoritism in promotions and job assignments. Those who brown-nose get ahead, while others are left behind.
Dislikes
The pressure to perform is unreal. You’ll constantly feel like you’re walking on eggshells.
Management shows no respect for employee well-being.
