No career growth here! Management doesn’t care about employee development or morale. It’s all about the bottom line.
There’s little to no acknowledgment for hard work; it’s like it goes unnoticed.
Dislikes
Very poor work-life balance. No real feedback from management, and the promised perks never materialize. It's all just smoke and mirrors.
Promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. Your hard work will go unnoticed and unrewarded.
The company’s values are purely for show; there’s no real commitment to them.

The lack of communication from management is frustrating. Important updates are never shared.
Dislikes
I’ve never seen a workplace so poorly managed; it’s no wonder so many people are leaving.
Expect to be overworked and underappreciated. Promotions seem to be given based on favoritism, not merit.

Mental health is clearly not a priority for this company.
Disappointing hike. Promises made, but zero follow-through; everyone just pointed fingers.
Dislikes
Training programs are either nonexistent or completely ineffective.
HR is completely unresponsive. I raised several issues, but it felt like I was talking to a wall.
I've been waiting for my offer letter for weeks. The HR team has been unhelpful and rude whenever I try to inquire about it.

The office culture is toxic. Gossip and negativity are rampant, making it difficult to form genuine connections with colleagues.
The company is all about profit, not about people.
Dislikes
The company lacks vision, making it hard to feel excited about your role.
The lack of growth opportunities makes this a dead-end job.
There’s little to no camaraderie among employees, as everyone is too focused on self-preservation.
