Team culture is toxic. It feels like a competition rather than collaboration, with constant backstabbing and favoritism.

Dislikes

Employees are regularly pushed to their limits with no signs of relief. The management shows blatant bias, promoting favorites over more qualified staff. I joined with high hopes, but the treatment of remote employees has left me disillusioned. The environment here is toxic; it feels like a never-ending competition to outshine each other. Collaboration is just a myth.

Constantly changing policies that make it impossible to succeed. Employees are treated like disposable assets rather than valued contributors.

Dislikes

It’s a hostile work environment where only a select few are valued. If you’re not in the inner circle, good luck! My interview felt more like an interrogation. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Worked on a project with terrible leadership; no support or guidance. The worst place I've ever worked. No guidance, no support—just a lot of empty promises.

You’ll be stuck doing low-level tasks with zero recognition. It’s a soul-sucking experience. It’s a place where burnout is normalized, and self-care is discouraged.

The turnover rate is alarming, and it’s clear why no one stays. Job roles are poorly defined; everyone seems to be doing a little of everything.

Dislikes

Employees are routinely belittled in front of their peers. I had high hopes for my application, but it quickly became clear that merit has little to do with success here. I tried to raise a concern about the biased treatment but ended up losing my job. It’s a very unsafe environment. I found the recruitment process to be painfully slow and ineffective. Communication is almost non-existent.
