After a few years here, I realized I was just a placeholder, waiting for something better to come along. It’s soul-crushing.

Dislikes

I’ve seen little to no support for newcomers; they are left to fend for themselves. The turnover rate is alarming; people leave as soon as they can. You’ll quickly realize this company isn’t worth your time or energy. The technology is embarrassing for a so-called tech giant. I had high hopes when I joined, but this place quickly became disappointing. Great pay, but the environment is toxic. No room for creativity here.

Dislikes

This company is a nightmare for newcomers. They throw you into the deep end without any training or guidance. The HR department is a disaster—communication is terrible.
