My experience with HR was a nightmare. They couldn't even manage to schedule my interview properly.

Dislikes

Your hard work goes unnoticed. No recognition or rewards for achievements, making it demotivating. Colleagues are unfriendly and unwilling to help. It’s not a supportive workplace. I faced discrimination because of my health problems. It felt like no one wanted to understand what I was going through. Job satisfaction is non-existent. I felt more like a cog in a machine than a valued employee. It’s exhausting.

Dislikes

Teammates often engage in negative conversations instead of constructive ones, making it a toxic atmosphere. I was often left in the dark about important decisions affecting my job. The pressure is overwhelming; it’s hard to stay motivated. Be prepared for endless meetings that achieve nothing. Interviewers were late and unprepared. It showed a lack of respect for my time.

Poor leadership leads to a toxic work environment. It’s hard to stay positive when nothing changes. —you’re left to figure things out on your own, which leads to mistakes and blame.

Dislikes

New hires are left in the dark without proper onboarding or mentorship. Favoritism is rampant; hard work goes unnoticed if you’re not in the right clique. The lack of transparency from management creates distrust among employees. The management creates a hostile environment, making it impossible to feel safe or productive at work.
