It’s impossible to get promoted unless you’re best friends with the boss. Communication is non-existent; it's like working in a vacuum.

Dislikes

There’s no work-life balance. Expect to work late with little appreciation. Performance reviews are vague and unhelpful, making it difficult to improve or know where you stand. There’s no clear path for advancement; most employees feel stuck in their roles. The favoritism in this place is sickening. Hard work means nothing. New hires receive little to no training. Zero accountability at the top leaves employees feeling lost and unsupported. I was hired for a specific project, only to be reassigned to something completely unrelated and uninteresting.

Dislikes

The workload is unrealistic. You’re required to work far beyond the advertised hours, and it’s never acknowledged. The favoritism here is so apparent that it undermines teamwork and collaboration.

The hiring process is misleading. They sell you on a dream that doesn’t exist. It’s frustrating to see the same people promoted while others are ignored.

Dislikes

Long hours with little appreciation. Burnout is common. The only thing you can count on is that you won't be treated with respect. Poor work culture with high turnover rates. It's clear that nobody wants to stick around.

They don’t care about work-life balance; it’s all about putting in more hours.

Dislikes

Unprofessionalism is rampant here, especially from certain leads who thrive on intimidation. No sense of community; everyone is out for themselves. Job security is a myth. You’re constantly worried about layoffs and management's ever-changing priorities. High turnover rates reflect poor management practices. You’re just a number here.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
