It’s impossible to get promoted unless you’re best friends with the boss. Communication is non-existent; it's like working in a vacuum.

Dislikes

There’s no work-life balance. Expect to work late with little appreciation. Performance reviews are vague and unhelpful, making it difficult to improve or know where you stand. There’s no clear path for advancement; most employees feel stuck in their roles. The favoritism in this place is sickening. Hard work means nothing. New hires receive little to no training. The lack of raises is demotivating; it feels like hard work is not recognized or rewarded.

You’re expected to sacrifice personal time for the job. My time here was wasted; I didn’t gain any real skills or experience. Projects are poorly planned, leading to constant delays. After I resigned, I thought I could come back. But Verizon's management gave me such a bad review that my applications were rejected. It's clear they don’t care about their employees.
