The training provided is inadequate, leaving employees unprepared. Projects feel random and chaotic without clear direction.

Dislikes

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. We spend more time filling out forms than doing our jobs. I wasted so much time waiting for approvals that never came. The whole process needs to be streamlined. The food options are terrible, and they run out early every day.

Employee morale is at an all-time low. It's a nightmare working here. The leadership here is toxic. Managers expect gifts instead of doing their job.

Dislikes

The company’s values are merely lip service; actions tell a different story. Toxic environment with unfriendly coworkers. If you enjoy being underappreciated and overworked, this is the perfect place for you. My experience with HR was frustrating; they rescheduled my interview three times without any explanation.
