The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no recognition for the amount of stress employees endure. Management just cares about clients and revenue.

Dislikes

The lack of training and development opportunities is appalling. I feel like I’m just treading water without any chance to grow. Team collaboration is stifled by a lack of trust and open communication. If you're looking for a place to grow and be valued, keep searching. You’ll be micromanaged to the point where it feels like you have no autonomy.

Likes

The absence of clear objectives makes it challenging to stay focused and motivated.

Dislikes

This company does not support its employees’ well-being. The mental toll of the job is not worth the paycheck. You’ll feel like a number rather than a valued employee. It’s disheartening. The feedback from management is often vague and unhelpful.
