The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no recognition for the amount of stress employees endure. Management just cares about clients and revenue.

Dislikes

The lack of training and development opportunities is appalling. I feel like I’m just treading water without any chance to grow. Team collaboration is stifled by a lack of trust and open communication. If you're looking for a place to grow and be valued, keep searching. You’ll be micromanaged to the point where it feels like you have no autonomy.

This company does not support its employees’ well-being. The mental toll of the job is not worth the paycheck. You’ll feel like a number rather than a valued employee. It’s disheartening. The feedback from management is often vague and unhelpful.

The onboarding process left me feeling lost and unsupported.

Dislikes

The micromanagement is suffocating—don't even consider applying. The hiring process for contractors is deceptive. They promise growth but deliver nothing but disappointment. The communication from upper management is poor, leading to misunderstandings. The constant backstabbing and gossip make it impossible to feel secure in this job. Management does nothing to curb the negativity.

The leadership is disconnected from the employees’ needs and concerns.

Dislikes

Management is all about politics; actual performance doesn’t matter. Bonuses are non-existent. Overhyped salary packages. I feel punished for putting in extra hours while others get away with slacking off. They change your hours at the last minute without considering your commitments. The company culture is toxic, with gossip and backstabbing rampant. I left the company months ago, and yet I’m still stuck chasing basic documents and payments. I feel completely disrespected.

Dislikes

They talk about inclusivity, but it’s just a façade. My experience showed me that only certain groups are valued here. The office atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. Not a great place to be. The current work environment is toxic, and it’s hard to see a future here with such poor management. Awful experience; management fails to provide any guidance.
