Role Overview:
As a Zonal Manager, you will:
1) Lead & drive institutional partnerships with universities, engineering & management colleges.
2) Manage & mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) & Sr. BDMs (Key Account Managers).
3) Close high-value MoUs for student & faculty upskilling, internships & academic projects.
4) Engage with decision-makers - Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors & TPOs.
5) Develop B2I / B2A sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
6) Be on the field daily - actively visiting institutions, pitching, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Leadership - Oversee BDMs & Sr. BDMs, driving their sales performance & strategic execution.
- Key Account Development - Build & grow long-term relationships with top-tier institutions.
