3. Operational Coordination:
- Ensure timely collection of inputs, assets, and product data from publishers for smooth integration into systems.
- Monitor and manage the performance of publisher catalogs, submitting timely reports and providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present reports on publisher performance, engagement, and sales trends to internal stakeholders and publishers.
- Derive insights from the reports to optimize engagement strategies.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Foster strong relationships with publishers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Actively collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and enhance the overall client satisfaction experience.
Reporting Structure:
- Individual Contributor role initially, with the potential to build and lead a team in the future.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 4+ years in Key Account Management, Client Engagement, or Relationship Management roles, preferably from the services industry with a focus on client satisfaction.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in growing market share and driving strategic initiatives for key accounts.
- Strong relationship management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Location Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
