We are seeking a Zonal Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the Real Estate (RE) market dynamics in Pune and Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of onboarding and working with a large number of real estate agents. Strong connections with Category B developers are essential, while relationships with Category A developers will be an added advantage. The role requires a strategic thinker with experience in segment-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, stakeholder management in Builder CRM teams, and leading business expansion efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Real Estate market penetration in Pune and Mumbai. Build and manage a strong network of Real Estate Agents, ensuring extensive coverage and onboarding of new agents.
- Develop and nurture relationships with Category B developers, with a preference for existing connections in Category A developers.
- Stay updated on Home Loan (HL) industry trends and build strong relationships with Builder CRM teams. Formulate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies by dissecting the industry into sub-segments and addressing each segment effectively.
- Lead the 0-10 journey of new business lines, driving growth in an ambiguous and evolving environment. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide insights on market dynamics, competition, and customer behavior to shape business strategies
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate market operations. Strong knowledge of Pune and Mumbai Real Estate (RE) market dynamics and nuances.
- Proven track record of onboarding and managing a large number of RE agents. Established connections with Category B developers (Category A developer network is a plus).
- Experience working with Builder CRM teams and an understanding of the Home Loan (HL) industry. Strategic thinker with the ability to break down the industry into sub-segments for targeted GTM execution.
- Prior experience in leading the 0-10 journey of a business line and thriving in a fast-paced, chaotic environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in financial services, home loans, or property technology (PropTech).
- Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM software.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer insights.
