Likes

Employees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

Dislikes

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies. There’s a lack of training and support for new hires. I felt lost and overwhelmed from day one. You can’t enjoy the perks when you’re chained to your desk.

It feels like there’s no purpose in the work we do. Just going through the motions. Poorly defined roles lead to overlap and frustration among team members.

Dislikes

I joined with high hopes but quickly realized this place is a dead end. No one cares about your career path. The leadership is out of touch, ignoring the struggles of their team. Too much emphasis on productivity at the cost of health.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
