There’s a complete lack of empathy from both management and HR. Employees are just numbers.

The constant office politics make collaboration impossible. It’s exhausting. Meetings are chaotic and often feel like a waste of time. No agenda, no focus, just noise. The work environment at Hilton Gurugram/Noida is toxic and unwelcoming. Favoritism runs rampant; your efforts go unnoticed if you're not in the in crowd.

I feel like I'm wasting my life here with no support in sight. Mr. Panda's behavior is not just unprofessional; it's downright disturbing. It has made the work environment unbearable.

It’s a struggle to get any recognition for hard work. The management doesn’t appreciate dedication. They talk a big game about work-life balance, but it’s just lip service.

Being in sales profile, the environment is perfect here. Very understandable in every process. Sportive environment very supportive for new initiations.

Dislikes

Coming to dislike, in sales profile we expect faster promotion. the promotion policies very constructive but need to wait bit long. if we see through the lenses of companies, there is a perfect reason for it.

I am really happy a part of excelr family, and iam working here from past 9 months ,you wont feel this kind of working experince anywhere, there is good work life balanace and the person who is looking to work as a long term employee excelr is the right place everyone in the excelr colleauges, managers everyone will encourage you toexcel in the part of work , i have learnt lot of new things in my work experince and i will be definetly work as a long time employee and ill keep all my efforts in the growth of excelr solutions....Read More

I hope as of now i havent felt anything which i havent like in my work experince , but as we know we are into the sales when we have low market we need to extend our work time that too not for the more time but its not an hectic if you are really like your job definatly you wont feel any pressure at that moment

This company claims to be the best but feels more like a nightmare in disguise.

Dislikes

The overall morale is low; it’s hard to stay motivated in such a negative environment. Promotions here are based on favoritism, not merit. I saw colleagues with no qualifications climb the ladder while hardworking individuals were passed over.

Meetings are unproductive and often feel like a waste of time. Important discussions are never addressed. The lack of communication leads to confusion and frustration among employees.

I find myself constantly stressed and anxious at work. It’s affecting my mental health. Joining this company was the worst decision I ever made. They put zero effort into taking care of their staff. I was promised growth opportunities that never materialized.
