The atmosphere is tense; everyone is overworked and underappreciated.

The pay isn’t worth the stress. I constantly feel overworked and undervalued. They’re more focused on enforcing policies than supporting employees.

The stress levels are through the roof, and management just looks the other way. Benefits are minimal, and raises are practically non-existent.

Supporting the employees in each and every step and guiding them to complete the given tasks with in time. And here we got very supportive manager.

Expecting to provide every Saturday and Sunday should be week off. We are expecting the more salary.

...n’t prioritize inclusion. Inequitable treatment based on personal relationships. The workload is insane, but the pay doesn’t reflect that at all. It’s frustrating to feel undervalued.

You’re expected to work overtime without any compensation or acknowledgment. I found myself trapped in a project that was poorly managed and completely uninspiring.

Dislikes

The office layout is restrictive and stifles collaboration. We're discouraged from talking to each other. This company is a youth-centric nightmare. If you're over 30, you might as well pack your bags. Experience doesn't matter here; only looks do.
