They change your hours at the last minute without considering your commitments. Management makes grand promises about improvements and support but fails to deliver. It’s all talk and no action. The company’s values are merely for show; they don’t practice what they preach.

If you can’t communicate well in English, you’re out of luck. Promotions seem to be handed out arbitrarily, not based on merit. The lack of diversity in leadership roles is glaring. It’s time for a change, but it doesn’t seem like they care.

They promote people to leadership positions, but those leaders lack any real skills. It’s frustrating and demotivating.
