If you can’t communicate well in English, you’re out of luck. Promotions seem to be handed out arbitrarily, not based on merit. The lack of diversity in leadership roles is glaring. It’s time for a change, but it doesn’t seem like they care.

Dislikes

I was misled about the variable pay structure. It’s a total bait-and-switch once you start. Employees are treated as disposable resources, not valued team members. The company's culture promotes fear rather than collaboration. It’s a nightmare to work here.

The endless meetings and micromanagement leave little time for actual work. I’ve seen great employees let go simply because they didn’t fit into some arbitrary corporate agenda. It's disheartening.

Dislikes

It’s hard to believe how poorly organized this place is. Nothing seems to flow. The remote work arrangement is overshadowed by the unprofessional way they handle contract endings. The long hours and lack of work-life balance left me exhausted and unhappy. My feedback was completely ignored during my time here. It’s frustrating to feel unheard.

Employee morale is at an all-time low. It's a nightmare working here. The leadership here is toxic. Managers expect gifts instead of doing their job.

Dislikes

The company’s values are merely lip service; actions tell a different story. Toxic environment with unfriendly coworkers. If you enjoy being underappreciated and overworked, this is the perfect place for you. My experience with HR was frustrating; they rescheduled my interview three times without any explanation.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
