Important information is never shared, leading to misunderstandings and frustration. The promotion process is a joke. You need to be best friends with the higher-ups to have any chance of moving up. It's impossible to thrive in such a discouraging atmosphere. It’s like working in a sweatshop; they have no regard for employee well-being.
