The atmosphere is competitive in a harmful way. They lied about the project duration and then cut me loose.

Dislikes

The culture is all about favoritism. It’s disheartening to see hard work go unnoticed while the boss's pets climb the ladder effortlessly. Promises made during the interview turned out to be empty words. I was misled from day one. The technology they use is outdated and inefficient. It slows down work instead of enhancing productivity.

Being in sales profile, the environment is perfect here. Very understandable in every process. Sportive environment very supportive for new initiations.

Dislikes

Coming to dislike, in sales profile we expect faster promotion. the promotion policies very constructive but need to wait bit long. if we see through the lenses of companies, there is a perfect reason for it.

I hope as of now i havent felt anything which i havent like in my work experince , but as we know we are into the sales when we have low market we need to extend our work time that too not for the more time but its not an hectic if you are really like your job definatly you wont feel any pressure at that moment

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
