Worked here for over a year and felt completely unvalued. No work-life balance at all. I’ve never worked for a company with such a dysfunctional HR team. It’s like they don’t care.

Prepare to be overworked and underappreciated; burnout is the norm here. There’s no real leadership here—just a bunch of overconfident individuals who think they know everything. The office politics are unbearable. It’s hard to get anything done with all the backstabbing. The endless cycle of praise for those who conform to management’s expectations is disheartening for those of us who truly work hard.

Dislikes

The lack of transparency makes it impossible to trust anyone here. Instead of positive reinforcement, the focus is on what you did wrong, which kills morale. HR’s lack of communication creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. It felt like a bait-and-switch regarding the variable pay. They should be ashamed!
