There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Nothing. Keep it in your last option. All google reviews are fake. They make students afraid of not getting placement if they don't give 5 star review.

It’s frustrating to see the same people promoted over and over while others are ignored. If you want to feel like a disposable resource, this is the perfect job for you. Clients are often met with resistance when they seek clarification on project deliverables.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. We spend more time filling out forms than doing our jobs. I wasted so much time waiting for approvals that never came. The whole process needs to be streamlined. The food options are terrible, and they run out early every day.
