Dislikes

Employees are regularly pushed to their limits with no signs of relief. The management shows blatant bias, promoting favorites over more qualified staff. I joined with high hopes, but the treatment of remote employees has left me disillusioned. The environment here is toxic; it feels like a never-ending competition to outshine each other. Constantly changing policies that make it impossible to succeed. Employees are treated like disposable assets rather than valued contributors.

Dislikes

It’s a hostile work environment where only a select few are valued. If you’re not in the inner circle, good luck! My interview felt more like an interrogation. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Worked on a project with terrible leadership; no support or guidance. The worst place I've ever worked. No guidance, no support—just a lot of empty promises.

I've never worked in a place where morale is so low. Everyone is just counting the days until they can leave.

Dislikes
