It’s hard to feel motivated when you’re surrounded by negativity and unprofessional behavior.

Dislikes

There’s a constant churn of projects with no real strategy, leaving employees confused. Raises are meager and infrequent; no motivation to stay. Unprofessional conduct, toxic culture, and no room for growth. They hire way too few staff, leading to constant chaos and burnout.

I was told I’d receive training, but it was minimal and ineffective.

Dislikes

They say they want you to succeed, but the PIP goals are deliberately set to fail employees. If you voice concerns, expect retaliation. I learned that the hard way and had to leave for my sanity.

Dislikes

I've never seen a team so disengaged. Morale is at an all-time low. This job is not sustainable. You’ll burn out quickly if you’re not careful.

Dislikes

Team collaboration is hindered by constant infighting. The emphasis on teamwork is undermined by the presence of unproductive members. HR needs a complete overhaul. They are dismissive and never seem to care about employee issues.

Working through Trigent was a nightmare. They had me performing tasks beyond my job description, with no regard for work-life balance. The management was indifferent.

Dislikes

They promise career growth but never deliver. It’s just false hope. They don't provide necessary tools or resources for success. Set up for failure!

Dislikes

Don’t expect any raises here. The company seems indifferent to employee contributions.

Dislikes

The pay is disappointing, and raises are non-existent, making it hard to stay motivated. I witnessed so many talented employees leave because of the toxic culture. Verizon claims to promote growth, but it’s all a lie. I left due to the toxic atmosphere. It was a relief to escape the constant stress and uncertainty.

Dislikes

Unrealistic deadlines are the norm, leaving little room for quality work. It's shocking how little employees are cared for; I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
