The only thing which is good of this organisation is it credits salary on time,salary hike is good if you canmanipulate and fake yourself.

Management decision making is horrible,frequent process ramp down. Job security is next to zero. No suggestive and interactive environment, management lovesto put nose in everything. Noemployee value ,noonpaper promotions,hectic and unnecessary work pressure.

I was a content writer here in one of the process within 9months the process got ramp down. Management failed to work and they failto accept the fact more than 70% people of the floor laid off in just one day.noperformance scoring, messed up feedback.

I liked the work environment and the facilities provided. The policies were also employee friendly. The training experience was quiet good and they also did skill development workshops on the job.

The only issue I faced was job security. After 3 months of joining the company, the project was ramped down.
