The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no recognition for the amount of stress employees endure. Management just cares about clients and revenue.

Dislikes

The lack of training and development opportunities is appalling. I feel like I’m just treading water without any chance to grow. Team collaboration is stifled by a lack of trust and open communication. If you're looking for a place to grow and be valued, keep searching. You’ll be micromanaged to the point where it feels like you have no autonomy.

Employees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

Dislikes

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies. There’s a lack of training and support for new hires. I felt lost and overwhelmed from day one. You can’t enjoy the perks when you’re chained to your desk.

There’s no work-life balance; you’re expected to be available 24/7 with no compensation for your time. Two years in, and I feel like I've learned nothing. The management is dismissive and arrogant. I felt like I was an inconvenience during the interview process. The panel didn’t even show up! Favoritism runs rampant; if you’re not in the “in” crowd, you’ll be left behind.Senior employees resist new ideas, creating a stagnant environment.

Dislikes
