Promotions are a joke; only the newest hires get a chance, regardless of experience. They throw around terms like team player, but in practice, it's every person for themselves.

Dislikes

It’s disheartening to see hard work go unnoticed. Recognition here is a myth. The overall vibe is negative, and it’s clear that changes need to happen fast.

Dislikes

Dislikes
