The company culture is toxic, with gossip and backstabbing rampant. I left the company months ago, and yet I’m still stuck chasing basic documents and payments. I feel completely disrespected.

Dislikes

They talk about inclusivity, but it’s just a façade. My experience showed me that only certain groups are valued here. The office atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. Not a great place to be. The current work environment is toxic, and it’s hard to see a future here with such poor management. Awful experience; management fails to provide any guidance.

There’s a severe lack of respect for personal commitments. If you have any obligations, be prepared to be reprimanded. After applying, I never received any communication. Very disappointing experience.

Dislikes

Constant micromanagement leads to a suffocating atmosphere. Hard work goes unnoticed. There’s no recognition for your contributions, no praise, and definitely no bonuses. My time here was filled with unmet expectations. Contractors get none of the perks, and it’s clear that they’re not valued at all. This place is a breeding ground for harassment. The management's indecisiveness leads to chaos and frustration among staff.

Dislikes

The hiring process is drawn out and disorganized. The working conditions are hazardous, and safety is clearly not a priority for management. The management team operates like a ship without a captain—chaotic and directionless. The expectations are high, but support is virtually nonexistent. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful. I felt completely ignored.

The salary is not worth the amount of work and stress you endure daily. Management should be embarrassed by their treatment of employees. It’s a hostile work environment.

Dislikes

Team meetings are just a formality; no real discussions happen. They preach teamwork but only reward those who blindly follow orders; creativity is stifled. There’s zero opportunity for advancement. It feels like I’m stuck in a dead-end job with no hope for growth. If you value your career, stay away. The politics will drain your motivation.

Working from home felt isolating, with no team support and constant pressure to perform. The lack of resources makes it nearly impossible to do your job effectively.

Dislikes

I detest how slow their decision-making process is.

Dislikes

Lack of clear goals leads to confusion and frustration. It’s hard to know what’s expected. It's like they want you to fail. No support for new hires.
