Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.
I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good. The management team needs a reality check. They create unnecessary stress and chaos instead of supporting their employees. Policies seem designed to benefit a select few at the expense of others.
