Love the facilities Love how amazon allows employees to speak up openly. (Following through on the feedback is subjected to the manager but freedom to speak is good) Great mix of people, sense of belonging and togetherness.

Dislikes

Compliance operations leadership needs to improve. Senior leadership bullying mid management isn't helpful. Wrong promotions (agenda promos, favoritism was noted lately) Unnecessary emphasis on writing the docs instead of developing/helping people. Lot of non value adds
